The Garland GTBG36-NR36 restaurant charbroiler is a great addition to steakhouses and burger joints, and because its grates are made of cast iron, they provide optimal heat transfer from burners to food. Made of stainless steel, each burner puts out 18,000 BTU, while high/low temperature controls individually manage each burner.
With its extensive stainless steel construction, the Garland GTBG36-NR36 commercial charbroiler resists denting, scratching, and corrosion. To reduce internal messes, a crumb tray inside the unit collects food matter. The charbroiler is mounted on 4-inch legs, which can be adjusted to account for uneven surfaces.
