Equipped with nine burners, the Garland HEEGM48CL high-efficiency charbroiler produces 130,500 BTU total. Each burner has a cast iron radiant that directs heat to the cooking surface. Compared to charbroilers that use lava rocks, this unit is convenient to clean, and the burners each have independent high and low valves.

To accommodate different menu items, the Garland HEEGM48CL high-efficiency charbroiler's grates are reversible€”one side of the grate has wide branding edges while the other has fine edges. The unit's exterior is made of durable stainless steel that can be wiped clean. Keeping ingredients within reach, the charbroiler's rail has cutouts that hold third-size food pans.
