The Garland UTBG72-NR72 charbroiler is a robust countertop grilling solution designed for heavy-duty commercial applications. Its stainless steel front, sides, and back provide durability and resistance to corrosion, while its 72-inch-wide broiling area with a 213/16-inch-deep cooking grid accommodates high-volume grilling. A large stainless steel crumb tray simplifies cleanup, and the unit rests on four adjustable stainless steel legs for stability on uneven surfaces. Non-adjustable cast iron grates retain and distribute heat efficiently, while reversible cast iron broiler racks, divided into 3-inch-wide sections, create professional-quality sear marks with 1/8-inch and 3/16-inch branding options. This unit features 12 individually controlled burners, each operated with a variable hi/lo manual valve for precision heat management.
Designed for natural gas operation, the Garland UTBG72-NR72 charbroiler delivers 216,000 BTU, ensuring powerful and consistent cooking performance. Each 18,000 BTU stainless steel burner is paired with a cast iron radiant to evenly distribute heat across the cooking surface. It includes a 1-inch NPT gas regulator and a "T" gas manifold connection for flexible installation, allowing for straight-through or nearly flush-mount connections. A 31/2-inch-deep stainless steel front rail provides a convenient work surface, and optional accessories such as a stainless steel spatter guard, broiler grate cleaning tool, and stainless steel stand enhance functionality.
