The Migali C-RB36 gas charbroiler has adjustable feet that provide space under the unit to help prevent overheating, and restaurants can cook different menu items on its rugged cast iron grates, adjusting them to sit flat or sloped as needed. For durability, the unit's body is made of stainless steel, and to provide a polished appearance, its control knobs are chrome. Meaning it is great in busy kitchens, this sturdy construction can survive continuous use.

This Migali C-RB36 charbroiler features four 35,000-BTU burners controlled by manual knobs. While the unit is configured to be powered by natural gas, if operators prefer to use LP gas, a field conversion kit is included. In order to deliver the listed BTU output, establishments in high-altitude areas may need an orifice adjustment.
