Star 6024CBF 24" Gas Charbroiler - Cast Iron Grate, Adjustable Control Valve

The Star 6024CBF Star-Max? gas charbroiler is powered by natural gas, though it can be converted to propane with the included kit. Two H-style, cast iron burners are spaced evenly under the cooking surface for proper heat distribution. Heat from the burners is transferred by lava rock briquettes, which absorb and vaporize grease to add extra flavor and aroma to food. Holding a large capacity of product, the grates increase productivity for high-volume operations, and they are adjustable to flat or inclined positions and thin or thick sides for different applications. Four 4-inch legs elevate the Star 6024CBF Star-Max gas charbroiler off the countertop.
