The Vulcan 36C-36CBN commercial range offers dual use as both a burner range and convection oven in back-of-house kitchens, providing ample space for cooking steak, fish, and chicken. Because its 36-inch-wide top range features a charbroiler with six burners, cooked food is given a smokey, char-grilled look and flavor. This unit features a tall back riser that contains pops of grease or oil during charbroiling, and an extra deep crumb tray to reduce the spread of crumbs and debris. Because it's natural gas powered, this piece is easier to clean and delivers a more even heat than electric alternatives.
Underneath this piece's top is a spacious convection oven that measures 26 3/8 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 13 7/8 inches high. Its interior can accommodate two racks, two rack guide sets, and four possible rack positions that can be adjusted depending on cooking needs. It operates between 250 and 500 degrees, and its temperature can be quickly adjusted with heat-resistant burner knobs.
Sturdily built, the 36C-36CBN gas range and oven's front and sides are constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and its frame is MIG welded for additional strength. Overall, it measures 36 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 14 inches high. Because this commercial range stands on 6-inch adjustable legs, this unit can be stabilized on uneven floors.
