Each of the four burners outputs 16,000 BTU per hour, enabling operators to sear a variety of dishes at once without loss of heat. To prioritize freshness and product quality, this commercial range is installed with a refrigerated base and two included drawers. This refrigeration unit uses a self-contained refrigerant system, designed to keep an optimal temperature between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
