Vulcan 36S-2B24CBN 36" 2 Burner Gas Range w/ Charbroiler & Standard Oven, Natural Gas
Built for high-volume cooking environments, the Vulcan 36S-2B24CBN commercial range features two burners, a charbroiler, and a standard bakers depth oven. Its charbroiler measures 24 inches and is great for preparing steak, chicken, and fish. The two burners use a shrouded pilot light system to prevent grease, water, and debris from clogging the flash tube, maintaining a steady and even flame. The rear burner is larger, providing space for heavy stock pots, and after use, the burner heads can be lifted off for precise cleaning and sanitation.
Because of the unit's oven base, users can prepare souffle or crostatas while utilizing the top section for stir frying or charbroiling. Its oven is a standard bakers depth measuring 263/8 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 14 inches high. It can accommodate full-size sheet pans side to side, and to support various baking needs, it includes two oven racks and four rack positions. Able to output 35,000 BTUs per hour, its temperature can be adjusted between 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit using heat-resistant burner knobs that stay cool during operation. To ease the cleaning process, it comes with an extra-deep crumb tray with durable welded corners that reduce the chance of debris accumulating in the bottom of the unit.
The Vulcan 36S-2B24CBN commercial range's front, sides, and back riser are stainless steel constructed for durability and corrosion resistance, and its interior chassis is constructed of aluminized steel and is MIG welded for added stability. For stability on uneven flooring, it stands on 6-inch adjustable legs.
