To sear, fry, saute, broil, or bake with a single unit, the Vulcan 36S-36CBP Endurance® restaurant range is equipped with a 36-inch-wide charbroiler and standard oven. The charbroiler's six burners each output 16,000 BTUs and feature supercharger dividers to improve heat distribution. Its durable cast iron grates warm quickly, retain temperature, and imprint appetizing grill lines on steak, burgers, or chicken. To enhance user safety, the burner knobs are made of a high-temperature material that remains cool to the touch during use. The unit's backriser can reduce the chance of hot oil popping onto adjacent surfaces, and to simplify cleaning, this section features extra-deep pull-out stainless steel crumb trays.

The standard oven base's interior measures 26 3/8 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 14 inches tall and comes with two racks and two rack guide sets that can be placed in four positions. With a baker's-depth cavity, it accommodates full-size sheet pans inserted side to side or front to back and is accessible by opening its heavy-duty hinged door. To withstand exposure to high heat and ease cleaning between uses, its interior features a porcelain base and door panel. So the unit can bake an array of dishes, its temperature can be adjusted from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Vulcan 36S-36CBP LP-gas-powered range measures 36 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches tall and rests on 6-inch-tall legs that can be raised or lowered to stabilize the unit on irregular flooring. With a fully MIG-welded frame, this unit withstands rigorous use in fast-paced commercial kitchens. Its stainless steel front and sides deliver a classic appearance that complements existing equipment and provides long-term rust and scratch resistance.
