With a fully MIG-welded frame and primarily stainless steel construction, the Vulcan 60SS-6B24CBN commercial range provides the long-term durability needed in high-volume operations. While its burner's built-in aeration bowls improve efficiency, its knobs remain cool to the touch for safety. In addition to the six open-top burners, this unit is built with a 24-inch-wide charbroiler and two standard ovens featuring baker's depths; this enables operators to prepare a variety of menu items in a single footprint. For holding prepared food at appetizing temperatures, the ovens each have a low-heat feature, or they can be set between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Vulcan 60SS-6B24CBN restaurant range is powered by natural gas and outputs a total of 302,000 BTUs. It's equipped with extra-deep pull-out crumb trays to streamline thorough cleaning, and for high-volume cooking, each oven comes with two racks and two rack guides that enable the racks to be placed in one of four positions. Overall, this unit measures 60 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high, and its 6-inch stainless steel legs can be adjusted.
