To withstand heavy use in high-capacity kitchens, the Vulcan 60SS-6B24CBP commercial range's sides, front, backriser, high shelf, and legs are constructed of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel. It's designed with a 24-inch-wide charbroiler, six open-top burners, and two standard ovens to enable various cooking methods. Each of its baker's-depth ovens accommodates 18-inch by 26-inch pans, and their temperatures can be adjusted from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit or set to the low-heat option for holding purposes.
Powered by LP gas, the Vulcan 60SS-6B24CBP restaurant range outputs a total of 302,000 BTUs. Overall, it measures 60 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high with 6-inch legs that can be adjusted for stability on irregular or bumpy flooring. While the burner's control knobs remain cool to the touch for safety, its cast grates have built-in aeration bowls to improve efficiency. To streamline thorough cleaning, this unit is equipped with extra-deep pull-out crumb trays.
