Vulcan VACB36 36" Radiant Charbroiler w/ Cast Iron Grates, Natural Gas

The Vulcan VACB36 radiant charbroiler has one burner under each grate to consistently distribute heat throughout the cooking surface. Each individual burner has its own heat control valve with adjustment marks engraved into the base to set temperatures. Burner dividers help reduce heat transfer between the sections for cooking different products at once, and its diamond grates and radiants are constructed of heavy-duty cast iron for durability. The stainless steel components hold up to the daily wear and tear from frequent use, while adjustable legs enable the Vulcan VACB36 charbroiler to sit on uneven surfaces. During cleaning, the deflector tray sends heat away from the grease drawer to keep the surface cool and prevent burns.
