Vulcan VCBB18 18" Gas Range Charbroiler - Modular, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan VCBB18 LP gas range is an 18-inch-wide by 36 3/4-inch-deep by 17 15/16-inch-tall unit with a charbroiler top and modular base. So it can be placed on countertops or equipment stands, it's positioned on 4-inch flanged feet that ensure the unit remains stable during use. Because its front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are made of durable, dent-, scratch-, and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, it's capable of surviving daily back-of-house use.

The Vulcan VCBB18 V-series commercial range's 18-inch-wide charbroiler is built with three burners that each have separate pilot lights and controls. The char radiants positioned above the burners direct heat toward the unit's surface to enhance efficiency, while the stainless steel supercharger dividers between each burner establish a uniform heat distribution. Because the heavy-duty cast iron grates are slanted, they enable fat to drip off the grilled or seared meat and reduce flare-ups. For quick cleanup, the grates can be lifted off.
