For searing and grilling proteins, the Vulcan VCBB18B V-series heavy-duty range boasts an 18-inch-wide charbroiler with cast iron grates, char radiants, and stainless steel supercharger burner dividers. All three burners have separate pilots and controls, so staff can adjust heat individually across the surface as needed. To contain pops of oil, this unit is equipped with side splashes and a removable backsplash. For thorough cleanup after use, its grates can be removed.

This Vulcan VCBB18B LP-gas-powered range measures 18 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 40 1/2 inches tall to save space in kitchens with limited space. Its base features a convenient storage area with a removable shelf to accommodate condiments, spices, utensils, and other supplies. As inventory changes, the shelf can be raised or lowered along the universal rack guides. To ensure the unit remains stable on irregular surfaces, it's positioned on 6-inch legs that can be raised or lowered, and for lasting durability and rust and corrosion resistance, the front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are made of stainless steel.
