Vulcan VCBB24 24" Gas Range Charbroiler - Modular, Liquid Propane

Because the Vulcan VCBB24 heavy-duty gas range is built with a modular base, it can be placed on a countertop or equipment stand to save floor space. This 24-inch-wide by 36 3/4-inch-deep by 40 3/4-inch-tall unit rests on 4-inch flanged feet that can be raised or lowered to secure it in place on irregular surfaces. Its front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and burner back are made of stainless steel for long-term durability and dent, scratch, and corrosion resistance. Powered by LP gas, this piece of equipment can output 65,000 BTUs per hour.

The Vulcan VCBB24 V-series range's 24-inch-wide charbroiler has four burners, each with a separate pilot light and control so staff can modify heat individually. The integrated char radiants direct heat toward the surface, while the supercharger burner dividers create a uniformly heated surface. The heavy-duty grates are great for grilling chicken or searing steaks. Because they're slanted, they can drain the proteins' fat and reduce the chance of flare-ups for user safety. For simple cleanup after use, the grates can be lifted off.
