With the Vulcan VCBB24B V-series range, chefs can sear and grill proteins on its 24-inch-wide charbroiler and store ingredients and supplies in its cabinet base. To complement other pieces of back-of-house equipment, this 24-inch-wide by 36 3/4-inch-deep by 40 3/4-inch-tall piece's front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are made of durable stainless steel, which resists corroding, denting, and scratching through daily use. The storage base is lined with universal rack guides to accommodate different sizes of food pans, and its removable shelf can store spices, condiments, cooking utensils, and other supplies. A stainless steel cabinet door encases the base to conceal stored contents. For stability during use, this unit is positioned on 6-inch legs that can be raised or lowered to level the unit on bumpy or sloped flooring.

To achieve a smoky grilled flavor, the Vulcan VCBB24B LP-gas-powered range is lined with heavy-duty cast iron grates that create appetizing grill lines. Because the grates are slanted, fat can drain from proteins, and flare-ups are less likely to occur. All four burners have individual pilot lights and controls so chefs can adjust each burner's heat as needed, and the char radiants absorb and direct heat toward the unit's top. For even heat distribution, the charbroiler is built with stainless steel supercharger burner dividers, and for thorough cleaning after use, staff can quickly remove the four grates.
