Great for kitchens with limited space, the Vulcan VCBB36B heavy-duty gas range features a 36-inch-wide charbroiler that rests on a storage cabinet. So users can adjust heat for specific sections and create smoky flavors with appetizing grill lines, each of the charbroiler's six cast iron burners have corresponding pilot lights, controls, and slanted, lift-off cast iron grates. For uniform heat distribution along the unit's top, it's built with char radiants and stainless steel supercharger burner dividers. To ease cleaning between uses, the grates can be lifted off, while the extra-deep crumb tray collects food debris during cooking.

The Vulcan VCBB36B commercial range's cabinet base provides convenient storage for condiments, spices, cooking utensils, and other frequently used supplies; its stainless steel door ensures the stored contents remain concealed. This unit measures 36 inches wide by 41⁷?₈inches deep by 40¹/₂ inches high overall and is positioned on 6-inch stainless steel legs that can be raised or lowered to stabilize it on bumpy or sloped flooring. Because its front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are made of stainless steel, it resists denting, rusting, and scratching and provides long-term durability in the back of house.
