Vulcan VCBB48 48" Gas Range Charbroiler - Modular, Natural Gas

The Vulcan VCBB48 heavy-duty commercial range is a modular unit, which lacks a base. This 48-inch-wide by 36³?₄-inch-deep by 17¹⁵?₁₆-inch-tall unit is positioned on 4-inch flanged feet that can be raised or lowered to stabilize the unit on irregular countertops or equipment stands. Its front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, and stub back are made of durable, long-lasting stainless steel?a rust-, dent-, and scratch-resistant metal that's simple to wipe clean between uses.

The Vulcan VCBB48 natural-gas-powered range's 48-inch-wide charbroiler top is equipped with eight burners that each have a pilot light and control. These independent components let operators properly cook various ingredients or only use part of the cooking surface. While the char radiants absorb and radiate heat to the top, the stainless steel supercharger burner dividers establish a uniform heating pattern. Each burner has a corresponding heavy-duty cast grate that's subtly sloped to drain fat from proteins. Great for menus specializing in grilled or smoky flavors, the grates imprint appetizing grill marks. The grates can be lifted off for cleaning, and during use, the extra-deep crumb tray collects food debris for simple removal.
