There are four 14,500 BTU burners, each with infinite heat control, so you can cook multiple items at a time. Lighting the unit is simple since there is a standing pilot ignition system. A grease drawer spans the full width of the charbroiler to collect and store liquids in a safe place for easy disposal. The underburner deflector system on this Vulcan VCCB25 radiant charbroiler reflects heat upwards to create a cool zone in the grease drawer and drip areas to make it safe to empty and clean. An ideal working height is reached with 4-inch adjustable legs.
