The Vulcan VCCB72 countertop charbroiler is designed for high-output grilling with a 72-inch-wide cooking surface. Featuring 13 cast iron burners, each producing 14,500 BTU, this unit delivers a total heat output of 188,500 BTU. Infinite heat control valves allow precise temperature adjustments for each burner, while a standing pilot ignition system ensures reliable operation. Its sloped, reversible cast iron grates offer level or self-cleaning broiling positions, with an integrated pitched grease trough on each grate blade to direct runoff and minimize flare-ups.

Built for durability, the Vulcan VCCB72 charbroiler features a stainless steel front, sides, top trim, backsplash, and grease trough. A full-width front grease drawer simplifies cleanup, while the underburner deflector system directs heat upwards, maintaining a cooler temperature in the grease collection areas. This unit is supported by four adjustable 4-inch legs and operates on liquid propane with a 3/4-inch rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator.
