Great for searing steaks, chicken, and hamburgers, the Vulcan VTC24 modular charbroiler measures 24 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 17 15/16 inches high with a modular base and 4-inch flanged feet that enable countertop placement. This unita€™s front, sides, base, top, and stub back are constructed of stainless steel, which resists blemishes and imperfections, while its chrome knobs enable simple heat adjustments

To deliver even, energy-efficient heat, the Vulcan VTC24 charbroiler is powered by liquid propane, which is delivered to the unit through its 1 1/4 inch rear gas connection. Its charbroiler grill is constructed of heavy-duty steel, and its dual burners both output 22,000 BTU of heat per hour. Each is controlled with an individual heat valve while its direct ignition piezo spark igniters enable operators to quickly change its heat output to accommodate a vast array of dishes.
