Vulcan VTC24B 24" Gas Range W/ Charbroiler & Storage Base, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan VTC24B gas range is built with a 24-inch-wide infrared charbroiler with two 11-inch-wide by 25-inch-deep stainless steel cooking grids that leave behind appetizing grill lines when cooking steak, chicken, or vegetables. The combination of each grid's stainless steel infrared emitter panel and 22,000-BTU patented infrared burner system enables the burners to generate high heat evenly and quickly. To control incoming gas pressure, each burner includes a high-range heat control valve. Both burners' chrome control knobs deliver a sleek, upscale appearance to establish a high-end look in the back of house. To simplify cleanup between uses, the full-width stainless steel crumb tray can be removed.

For convenient storage of flour, spices, oil, cookware, and utensils, the Vulcan VTC24B commercial range's cabinet base features universal rack guides and one removable shelf. A stainless steel cabinet box conceals the base to secure stored contents in place and create a streamlined look. For uniformity, the stub back, base, sides, burner box, front top ledge, and front are also made of wear-, dent-, and rust-resistant stainless steel. This 24-inch-wide by 36 3/4-inch-deep by 36-inch-tall unit is positioned on 6-inch-tall adjustable stainless steel legs for stability on irregular surfaces.
