Designed to keep ingredients within close reach, the Vulcan VTC36B charbroiler range comes with a cabinet base to accommodate herbs, spices, and other ingredients or cooking equipment within arma€™s reach. Its front, top, base, sides, and back are constructed of durable stainless steel, and it sits 6-inch adjustable legs for level use on uneven surfaces. This unit comes with a 4-inch back riser to reduce cooking messes on back walls. Overall, it measures 36 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 40 1/2 inches high.

With its 36-inch charbroiler, the Vulcan VTC36B gas range can distribute 22,000 BTU of heat across each of its three burners. Powered by liquid propane, it has a 1 1/4-inch gas connection and thoroughly cooks cuts of pork, steak, and chicken. Its emitter panels are stainless steel so heat is distributed evenly, and the temperature can be quickly adjusted using the unit's chrome burner knobs. To ensure this model can quickly warm up to its desired heat, each burner is equipped with a heat control valve and a piezo spark igniter.
