The Vulcan VTC36C heavy-duty restaurant range flaunts a convection oven base to maximize space and versatility. This unit measures 36 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 40 1/2 inches high and is constructed of stainless steel to ensure longevity and durability. It's powered by liquid propane to reduce its environmental footprint, and its 32,000-BTU oven is heated with convection technology. Additionally, its porcelain-coated oven cavity is simple to clean, and it locks in heat to reduce energy consumption.
Above the Vulcan VTC36C gas range's oven is a 36-inch charbroiler. Its three burners are powered by piezo spark igniters for quick and effortless start up, and its emitter panels utilize infrared technology to evenly heat chicken, steak, and pork. Each burner outputs 22,000 BTU per hour, and to ensure the unit is always releasing the correct level of heat, it comes with a series of chrome burner knobs that make adjustments simple and quick. Its stainless steel backriser prevents liquids from staining rear walls, while its 4-inch adjustable legs maintain stability on uneven surfaces.
