The Vulcan VTEC36 IRX® infrared charbroiler is designed for high-efficiency grilling, featuring three infrared burners that each produce 22,000 BTU, for a total output of 66,000 BTU. The unit includes stainless steel cooking grids, each measuring 11 inches by 25 inches, providing 275 square inches of cooking area per burner zone. A manual control valve for each burner allows precise heat adjustments, while the piezo ignition system ensures dependable startup.
Constructed for durability, the Vulcan VTEC36 charbroiler features a stainless steel front, sides, control panel, top trim, and backsplash. A full-width stainless steel crumb tray collects debris for easy maintenance, while removable heat shields and a backsplash help maintain a cleaner cooking environment. The unit is supported by four adjustable 4-inch legs and operates on liquid propane, utilizing a 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection with an included gas pressure regulator.
