The Wolf SCB36 charbroiler has individual control valves for each burner, enabling the user to prepare different types of food at the same time. To prevent flare ups, the cast iron grates have a built-in pitched grease trough, and their reversible design is ideal for broiling and self-cleaning. The char radiants and burners are also made of durable cast iron, but most of the unit is made of stainless steel, which can endure heavy use. A grease drawer collects food debris for cleanup.
