Garland GIRCM36 35 1/2" Infrared Burner Gas Cheese Melter, Natural Gas

With the Garland GIRCM36 cheese melter, users can toast bread, melt cheese, and warm plates to put finishing touches on dishes before they're served. Plates can be placed on the unit's chrome-plated rack, which is removable for simplified cleaning. The unit's rack guides are also removable.

The Garland GIRCM36 cheese melter's two burners each produce 15,000 BTU and are controlled by individual high and low valves. Heat is deflected downward by the unit's heat shield. Its front, top, sides, backsplash, and heat shield are made of stainless steel, so the unit can be cleaned promptly.
