Garland IRCMA-36 36" Infrared Burner Gas Cheese Melter, Natural Gas
The Garland IRCMA-36 gas cheese melter uses natural gas. It has one infrared burner, enabling users to put finishing touches on dishes before they're served. With a 20,000-BTU capacity, the burner can melt cheese, toast bread, or heat up food.
Stainless steel composes the front, sides, and top of the Garland IRCMA-36 gas cheese melter. This gives it the necessary durability to withstand frequent use in a busy kitchen. To hold plates of food close to the burner, the unit includes a chrome-plated wire rack that also can be removed for cleaning.
