Garland IRCMA-48 48" Gas Cheese Melter w/ Infrared Burner, Stainless, Natural Gas

With the Garland IRCMA-48 gas cheese melter, kitchen staff can put finishing touches on dishes before serving them to customers. This unit has two individually controlled burners, so one side of the cheese melter can toast bread while the other warms plates. These burners produce 40,000 BTU in total.

One chrome-plated wire rack is included with the Garland IRCMA-48 gas cheese melter to hold plates of food up to the burners. To facilitate quick cleaning, this rack is fully removable. The unit's front, top, and sides are made of stainless steel, offering durability and smooth cleaning. Fiberglass insulation in the unit's sides and bottom prevent heat loss in the chamber.
