The front, sides, and top of the Garland IRCMA-60 infrared cheese melter are made of stainless steel€”this metal simplifies cleaning and provides durability. Fiberglass insulation lines the walls of this unit, keeping hot air inside its cabinet. A rack made of chrome-plated wire is included to hold plates close to the burners.

This Garland IRCMA-60 gas cheese melter has two infrared burners that deliver a total BTU output of 50,000. These burners have independent manual controls, so users can set them to different heat levels. A constant pilot enables users to hasten service in the kitchen because it lights instantly.
