Garland IRCMA-72 72" Infrared Burner Gas Cheese Melter, Natural Gas

Using the Garland IRCMA-72 gas cheese melter, users can put the finishing touch on a dish before serving it to customers. Its three burners can each melt cheese, toast bread, heat up plates, and deliver 20,000 BTU for a combined capacity of 60,000 BTU. The burners ignite instantly because of the constant pilot.

The Garland IRCMA-72 gas cheese melter's front, sides, and top are made of durable stainless steel that facilitates cleaning. Its insulation is made of fiberglass to keep hot air inside the chamber. A rack made of chrome-plated wire holds dishes close to the burners and can be removed for cleaning.
