Featuring a durable stainless steel build, the Turbo Air TACM-24 Radiance cheese melter is ideal for use in medium-volume operations. It can be installed above a range or on a wall to conserve space and streamline actions. Food is placed on the chrome-plated heavy-duty wire rack and is exposed to the infra-red burner to melt the cheese onto the food.

This Turbo Air TACM-24 cheese melter measures 24 inches wide by 20¹/₂ inches deep by 19 inches high and is powered by natural gas. A valve at the front of the unit enables control of gas flow. The unit operates at 20,000 BTU. To minimize burn hazards for safe operation, it features a protective screen over the infrared burner.
