The Vulcan VICM36 gas infrared cheese melter is equipped with a chrome-plated grid that has an open wire construction, enabling air to move through its openings for uniform heating. It can be adjusted into three positions for closer proximity to the burner for different results. The pre-mix atmospheric infrared burner is heated with natural gas, and a standing pilot ignition system is built into the system for accessibility.

To endure high-volume use, the Vulcan VICM36 cheese melter?s front, top, bottom, and sides are made of stainless steel, and its welded chassis has a stainless and aluminized steel construction for durability. Designed to be attached to a wall to save counter space, the 36-inch-wide by 18⁶¹/₁₀₀-inch-deep by 23³/₁₀₀-inch-high unit comes with wall-mounting brackets. For quick cleanup, a full-width spillage pan is included with this unit, and it?s safe to remove and clean for future use.
