Delfield F2973CP 73 1/4" Chef Base w/ (4) Drawers - 115v

To help improve kitchen workflow, this Delfield F2973CP chef base features a heavy-duty stainless steel top with a full-perimeter marine edge and four refrigerated drawers beneath the countertop space. This creates a worktop that can hold equipment while ingredients can be chilled in the refrigerated section below. Between the top's exterior and interior, a 2-inch high-density polyurethane foam is built in to maintain original worktop temperatures, while the refrigerated base also has a 2-inch high-density polyurethan foam to retain cool temperatures. Each of the four drawers holds 12-inch by 20-inch by 4-inch hotel pans, and they're built onto track rollers that don't require greasing. To prevent temperature loss, the drawers' tracks have a stay-shut feature that secures the gaskets in place.

The Delfield F2973CP refrigerated equipment stand accommodates various ingredients with its temperature range of 36 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. In between each drawer, coated mullion-style blowers direct air into each section for uniform temperature distribution. Users can adjust temperatures with the electronic temperature control, which is located in the top nosing for easy access. Its thermostat is also protected with a splash-resistant enclosure to endure bustling kitchen environments. Overall, this unit measures 73¹/₄ inches wide by 31¹⁵/₁₆ inches deep by 24 inches high, providing a low-profile structure that accommodates various pieces of equipment.
