Hoshizaki CR110A 110 1/2" Steelheart Series Chef Base w/ (4) Drawers - 115v

The four drawers on the Hoshizaki CR110A chef base can each hold three full-size pans, and finger cut-outs facilitate removal of these pans without contaminating food. Its aluminum door handles are mounted into the unit so they don't get in the way in crowded kitchens, and magnetic gaskets seal the drawers shut to prevent cold air from escaping. With its stainless steel construction, the worktop offers durability for employees to hold equipment and prepare food to serve it. The base of the unit is insulated with polyurethane to retain cold temperatures and keep food safe.

The Hoshizaki CR110A chef base has solid-state controls to enable temperature adjustments from 32 to 52 degrees Fahrenheit. An LED display provides an accurate readout, and temperature alarms inform users of sudden changes so they can save their product if it's about to spoil. The refrigeration system is mounted on the side with a removable panel for access, and it is cooled with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. If it needs to be relocated, this unit can be rolled on its eight casters.
