Hoshizaki CR36A 36 1/2" Steelheart Series Chef Base w/ (2) Drawers - 115v

The Hoshizaki CR36A commercial chef base has two drawers that can hold one full-size food pan each, letting kitchen staff hold prepared food portions until it's time to serve them. So they don't stick out into the aisles, the handles of these drawers are flush mounted, while the cabinet itself is primarily stainless steel, so it is strong and durable for rust and corrosion resistance. Edging around the top sides keeps any spilled material contained.

The LED display of the Hoshizaki CR36A chef base table indicates the temperature, which can be toggled between Celsius and Fahrenheit. Boosting the base's ability to hold in cold air, a 2-inch layer of polyurethane insulation is foamed in around the cabinet. Its flat top enables the unit to carry shelves, boxes, or other appliances on top of it, though care should be taken with items using heating elements. For mobility, the whole base is mounted on casters with brakes.
