The body of the Infrico IUC-MSG110 chef base is built in with six separate drawers meant for holding perishables; these drawers are supplied with heavy-duty slides that support at least 440 pounds. They're simple to open because they have easy-to-use handles, and a self-closing system limits cold air from escaping. The top measures 110⁵/₈ inches overall to support multiple types of equipment, while the entire body of this base is made of stainless steel to protect against corrosion and add sturdiness.

Simple to install and operate, the Infrico IUC-MSG110 storage unit features a self-contained refrigeration system. The condenser and evaporator utilize R134a hydrocarbon refrigerant, and a forced-air configuration directs it around the 22-cubic-foot interior cabinet. So integral components continue to run effectively, the evaporator coil is coated in anti-corrosive polyester material, and the condensing unit is extractable for service. Additionally, an automatic defrost system dethaws frost over time to prevent excessive amounts of buildup.
