Beverage-Air SPE48HC-S 39 3/8" Cold Food Bar - (9) Pan Capacity, Floor Model, Stainless Steel
Equipped with a lift-off lid and pre-loaded with nine 1/3-size polycarbonate pans, the Beverage-Air SPE48HC-S salad top refrigerated counter supports quick-access storage and food prep in commercial kitchens. The stainless steel top is paired with a heavy-duty aluminum pan liner that directs cold airflow beneath the pans and prevents spills from reaching the cabinet interior. Two solid hinged doors below offer access to a 13.01-cubic-foot interior, which is lined with corrosion-resistant aluminum and includes four epoxy-coated steel wire shelves.
The Beverage-Air SPE48HC-S refrigerated counter includes a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system with adaptive defrost and a 1/6 HP compressor using R290 refrigerant. This system maintains cabinet temperatures between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, aided by an epoxy-coated evaporator coil and enhanced airflow throughout the base. Mounted on 6-inch casters (two with brakes), the unit features a stainless steel exterior and field-reversible, self-closing doors with a 120 degrees stay-open feature for efficient loading and service access.
