Equipped with field-reversible doors and a lift-off lid, the Beverage-Air SPE60HC-S 52¹/₂-inch salad top refrigerated counter provides adaptable access for food prep in busy service environments. (12) ¹/₃-size polycarbonate pans (4 inches deep) are included, while the stainless steel top can also accommodate 6-inch-deep pans. A heavy-duty aluminum pan liner helps direct cold air across the bottom of the pans, promoting even cooling and preventing spills from reaching the cabinet interior.

The cabinet interior of the Beverage-Air SPE60HC-S salad bar is lined with corrosion-resistant aluminum and includes four epoxy-coated wire shelves behind two solid, self-closing doors with a 120-degree stay-open hinge feature. Rear-mounted refrigeration, powered by a ¹/₃ HP compressor using R290 refrigerant, works in tandem with adaptive defrost and an epoxy-coated evaporator coil to maintain cabinet temperatures between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is built with a stainless steel exterior and rests on 6-inch castersa€”two with brakesa€”for flexible positioning in commercial kitchens.
