Blodgett CNVX-14E Double Full Size Electric Convection Oven - 38kw, 208v/3ph

The Blodgett CNVX-14E double electric convection oven has 10 shelves with five located in each deck. Made of wire, air circulates evenly throughout the shelves to enable uniform heating. The ovens are mounted on 4-inch casters to provide mobility through the kitchen. To offer humid cooking, this unit utilizes Hydroburst technology; a condensate trough contains steam condensate to prevent it from falling out when the doors are opened. The doors are latched with an integral switch so they aren't opened during operation.

For monitoring purposes, the Blodgett CNVX-14E full-size convection ovens have glass doors with halogen lights brightening the cabinet. The doors are double paned, ensuring they stay cool to the touch to reduce the risk of burns. Using manual controls, employees can set 100 stored recipes, and the temperature is adjustable as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Measuring 4 inches, the temperature probe makes sure food is cooked thoroughly, offering protection against foodborne illness.
