The Blodgett CNVX-14G convection ovena€™s 4-speed reversing fan enables users to cook products of varying degrees of delicacy without loss of quality. Its temperature range of 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit accommodates many general restaurant kitchen cooking needs. This oven has a glass door that offers a view of whata€™s being cooked, while its double-paned design helps reduce heat loss through the front.

The Blodgett CNVX-14G convection oven is constructed extensively of stainless steel--a metal with excellent dent and scratch resistance. It is mounted on a base stand with storage space and has casters for increased mobility. Electronic controls are used to adjust the oven, and they feature a hundred programmable options for recipes, which can be used for large menus or several variations on the same product.
