The Blodgett CNVX-14G convection ovena€™s 4-speed bi-directional fan system can circulate air at different speeds inside the chamber, enabling the oven to cook delicate items in addition to common food products. Halogen lighting highlights the chambera€™s contents and improves the visibility of the cooking process. Since the chamber door is glass paned, chefs are able to look in on the cycle to check the progress of food without opening the oven.

The Blodgett CNVX-14G convection ovena€™s stainless steel external construction offers increased durability and resilience, helping it withstand extended commercial kitchen use. To save user time and facilitate cleanup, the oven features a retractable hose reel. A storage base gives chefs a place to put food pans after cooking.
