The Blodgett DFG-100-ES ADDL full-size gas convection oven is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens. Its stainless steel exterior and oleophobic interior liner provide durability and easy cleaning, while a full angle-iron frame enhances structural integrity. The oven is insulated with 1-inch solid block and mineral fiber to retain heat efficiently. Its two dual-pane thermal glass doors allow visibility and include curved aluminum handles with a triple-mounted pressure lock for secure closure. Inside, the unit holds five 18-inch by 26-inch pans on four chrome-plated adjustable racks, with interior halogen lighting to improve monitoring.

The Blodgett DFG-100-ES ADDL gas convection oven features a direct-fired gas system with removable inshot burners. An electronic spark ignition control system simplifies startup, while an internal pressure regulator and manual gas service cut-off switch support safety. A solid-state thermostat enables temperature control from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. To distribute heat evenly, the oven includes a two-speed fan motor and a control area cooling fan. Mounted on 25-inch adjustable stainless steel legs, it remains stable during operation. An artisan touchscreen control panel provides access to various cooking modes, including manual, recipe, cook and hold, core probe cooling, fan delay, and fan pulse.
