Blodgett DFG-100 Single Full Size Liquid Propane Gas Convection Oven - Base Oven, No Legs, 55,000 BTU
The Blodgett DFG-100 commercial convection oven has a double-paned glass door to give chefs a view of food as ita€™s cooking, saving heat that would be lost from opening the door. This oven has a temperature range of 200-500 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling it to cook many common food products. It has a two-speed fan that can accommodate delicate or dense food materials.
The Blodgett DFG-100 convection oven has an internal cooling fan on its controls, decreasing heat and keeping components from sustaining damage. Chamber lighting improves the visibility of materials being cooked while the ovena€™s porcelainized interior streamlines the cleaning process. However, the interior will need attention over time to prevent cracking.
