The Blodgett DFG-200 bakery-depth convection oven can bake bread and other products inside its oven chamber. This chamber is porcelainized for streamlined cleaning and illuminated by internal lighting to increase visibility. A two-speed fan circulates air within the oven and breaks down cold spots, ensuring excellent cooking conditions.

With a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, the Blodgett DFG-200 commercial convection oven can cook many common restaurant items. A cooling fan protects control components from overheating, reducing wear and tear. The ovena€™s extensive external stainless steel is strong enough to prevent scraping and denting, extending overall unit life.
