The Blodgett DFG-200-ES ADDL full-size convection oven features a bakery-depth design for high-volume kitchens. It accommodates five 18-inch by 26-inch pans, maximizing cooking capacity. The stainless steel exterior resists corrosion, while the oleophobic interior liner simplifies cleaning by reducing grease buildup. Reinforced with a full angle-iron frame and insulated with 1-inch solid block and 1-inch mineral fiber, the oven retains heat efficiently. Two dual-pane thermal glass doors open simultaneously to minimize heat loss. These doors include a stainless steel frame, curved aluminum handles, and a triple-mounted pressure lock for secure closure. Interior halogen lighting enhances visibility, while the slide-out control panel provides easy access.

Designed for precision and efficiency, the Blodgett DFG-200-ES ADDL oven operates with a direct-fired gas system and removable inshot burners. Its electronic spark ignition ensures consistent startup, while a solid-state thermostat allows temperature control from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A two-speed fan motor and control area cooling fan help distribute heat evenly throughout the cavity. The unit includes an internal pressure regulator and a manual gas service cut-off switch for safety. Its artisan touchscreen control panel offers various cooking modes, including manual operation, recipe programming, cook and hold, core probe cooling, fan delay, and fan pulse. The oven is stabilized by 6-inch stainless steel legs.
