The Blodgett DFG-200 SGL gas oven operates on natural gas and features a direct-fired gas system with removable inshot burners for efficient heating. An electronic spark ignition ensures reliable startup, while the solid-state thermostat provides precise temperature control from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A two-speed fan motor and control area cooling fan optimize airflow, ensuring even heat distribution. To enhance safety, the oven is equipped with an internal pressure regulator and a manual gas service cut-off switch. The artisan touchscreen control panel offers multiple cooking modes, including manual operation, recipe programming, cook and hold, core probe cooling, fan delay, and fan pulse. The unit is supported by 25-inch adjustable stainless steel legs for stability and flexible installation.
Ideal for high-volume locations, the Blodgett DFG-200 SGL full-size convection oven's bakery-depth design accommodates five 18-inch by 26-inch pans. A stainless steel exterior resists corrosion, while the oleophobic interior liner reduces grease buildup for easier cleaning. Reinforced with a full angle-iron frame, the unit is insulated with mineral fiber to retain heat efficiently. Two dual-pane thermal glass doors open simultaneously to minimize heat loss while enhancing visibility.
