Great for kitchens with limited space, the Blodgett DFG-50 DBL gas convection oven is a half-size 30¹/₄-inch-wide by 25¹/₈-inch-deep by 77⁷/₈-inch-high unit positioned on a 7-inch stainless steel stand. Its two stacked, porcelain baking compartments include five chrome-plated racks that can be adjusted in nine positions. For versatility, these racks accommodate five 13-inch by 18-inch half-size baking pans or 12-inch by 20-inch hotel pans. Both compartments feature a stainless steel door with a chrome-plated handle and dual-pane thermal glass window for a clear view of the lighted interior. To endure frequent use, this full angle-iron-frame unit's front, top, sides, and back are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

With its dual-flow system, the Blodgett DFG-50 DBL half-size convection oven combines direct and indirect heat, operating with LP gas. Staff can quickly turn this unit on via the electronic spark ignition control system, while its pressure regulator and manual gas service cut-off valve let users manage gas flow for safety. Its removable dual-tube burners produce temperatures as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and these temperatures can be adjusted with the solid-state manual controls. To expedite roasting and baking, its single-speed fan motors distribute hot air throughout the chambers. Solid mineral fiber insulation is built into the top, back, sides, and base for energy preservation.
