Blodgett DFG-50 Double Half Size Natural Gas Convection Oven - 27,500 BTU

The Blodgett DFG-50DBL double convection oven has a stainless steel construction with a full angle-iron frame and dual-pane, thermal glass windows. It has chrome-plated door handles, and solid mineral fiber insulation to keep heat inside the unit. Lined with double-sided porcelain, the baking compartment has an aluminized steel combustion chamber. This unit features 10 chrome-plated racks that can be placed in nine different positions, and it holds (10) 13-inch-by-18-inch half-size pans.

The Blodgett DFG-50DBL double half-size convection oven has two Atisan® control panels with a temperature range between 200-500 degrees, temperature holding function, and recipe selection. Heated by natural gas, the oven has a pressure regulator and manual gas service cut-off valve to ensure safety. It has a dual flow gas system that mixes direct and indirect heat for uniform cooking, while its single-speed fan motor has automatic thermal overload protection to help prevent overheating.
