Blodgett ZEPH-100-G-ES Zephaire Double Full Size Natural Gas Convection Oven - 45,000 BTU

The Blodgett ZEPH-100-G-ES Zephaire double convection oven is made of stainless steel on the top, sides, and front. These areas resist corrosion, dents, and scratches, and are supported by an angle iron frame for additional strength. Because the sets of doors have a single handle between them, users can open them with one hand. Five full-size baking pans fit in each section on the included racks, and to streamline cleaning, the interiors are porcelainized for a slick, nonstick surface.

Removable for servicing or replacing, this Blodgett ZEPH-100-G-ES natural gas convection oven's control panel has a temperature knob adjustable from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and a digital timer with a display screen. As food bakes, users can check the remaining time on the display or monitor the baking food through the door windows. A cooling fan blows air across the control panel during the baking process, preventing it from getting too hot and malfunctioning.
